Plans, trial and invoices
A licence per WhatsApp number — WAPP (QR) $19, WABA (Business API) $29, API & agents add-on $12 per month in USD — a 7-day trial, payment by card through Stripe, invoices in the customer portal.
What is licensed
Each WhatsApp number has its own licence, bought and renewed on the number's row in Connections. The app itself, the team, the flows and the settings are free; a number with no active licence stops sending and receiving.

Prices are in USD and exclude VAT, which Stripe adds according to your country and VAT status at checkout. Partners resell at 60 % of the list price; see Partners.
The trial
Every new number starts with a 7-day trial with everything enabled; numbers brought by a partner get 15 days. One trial per phone number: a number that already had its trial, on any portal, goes straight to a paid licence. Three days before the end you receive an email and a Bitrix24 notification; when the trial ends the number is paused until a licence is activated, and nothing is deleted.
Paying
Connections → the number → Activate opens the Stripe checkout. Card and PayPal are accepted; the subscription renews monthly on the same card. A refused card is almost always the issuing bank's decision; try another card or write to [email protected] for a Revolut payment link and a manual activation.
Add-ons and extra numbers are added on the same page; the subscription is adjusted pro rata.
Invoices and company details
Stripe emails an invoice for every payment. Connections → the number → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal with every invoice, the card on file and the company details: fill in the legal name, address and VAT number before paying, because an invoice carries the details at the moment of payment. Companies outside Romania also receive a fiscal invoice from TDACRM Solutions SRL for each payment.
Expiry and grace
A subscription that fails to renew enters a short grace period during which the number keeps working and administrators are notified; after it, the number is paused. Reactivating a paused number restores everything, including conversations and flows.
