Chat visibility rules per employee (all / department / only their records), enforced on the server, and automatic lead creation with round-robin assignment for chats from new numbers.
Who sees which chats
New. A "WASync Chat" page in the app's sidebar lets an administrator decide what each employee sees in the WASync Chat inbox and in the WhatsApp tab of the CRM: all chats of the numbers they may use (the default, and today's behaviour), their department (the records of everyone who shares a Bitrix24 department with them — a team leader's view), or only their own records (the leads, deals and contacts they are responsible for). The scope is set per person on the Staff page, with a portal-wide default; Bitrix24 administrators always see everything.
The rule is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface: the conversation list, search, the conversation itself, every action on it and every send are checked. If Bitrix24 cannot say who owns a record, a scoped employee sees nothing rather than everything.
Nothing changes for existing portals until an administrator sets a rule.
New chats from unknown numbers
New. On the same page, a portal can decide what happens when a message arrives from a number that is not yet in the CRM: nothing (the default), or WASync creates the lead and assigns it round-robin to an employee from a chosen list, or to one fixed person. The chat is then visible to that employee and their department. Numbers already in the CRM are linked to their existing record instead; connections bound to a Bitrix24 Open Line are left to Bitrix24, which creates the record there.
Slot subscriptions: no more reminders that do not apply
Fix. Workspaces on a slot subscription renew automatically, yet their connections were receiving "your licence expires" reminders, and a renewal extended the slots without extending the connections holding them. Both are fixed: reminders skip every connection covered by a live slot, and a renewal carries the attached connections to the new period end.
