A "Customer writes first" flow set to "Any message" no longer starts on a conversation another flow has just finished or handed to a person.

"Any message" flows wait for a new conversation

Fixed. When several inbound flows run on one number (one per Meta ad plus a general one), the general flow, set to Any message — the first message of a new contact, could start the moment another flow finished: a customer who came from an ad, answered the ad flow's questions and was handed to a person received the general flow's greeting on his next "Ok".

Now the general flow starts only when no flow on that conversation ended in the last 72 hours (the same window as Don't start if we wrote first, adjustable per flow). A flow that was completed, handed to a person or cancelled counts; one that was closed for inactivity does not. Flows started by an ad referral or a keyword are unaffected: those are explicit intents and still start.
