I scanned the QR twice with the same phone and now I have duplicate notes.
A second pairing of a number that is already connected is refused; the duplicates from before that guard stay in the timeline and can be deleted.
Since 30 September 2026 a second scan of a number that is already connected on your portal is refused, so this cannot happen again: the new connection is marked as a duplicate and dismantled, and the existing one keeps working. The duplicate timeline notes created before that guard stay in Bitrix24; delete them from the record if they bother you. If you need a number on two connections on purpose, that is not supported; use one connection and give more people access to it in Team.
