I want to delete a connection. What do I lose?
The number, its conversations in WASync Chat, the Open Channel line created for it and its flows; CRM records, timeline comments and files stay.
Before deleting, the dialog shows what the number is doing: whether it is live, how many messages it carried in the last 24 hours (all traffic, as a sign it is in use), and which flows and automations are attached to it. Deleting removes the number from WASync, its conversations in WASync Chat, the Open Channel line that was created for it and the flows bound to it.
Nothing in the CRM is touched: leads, deals, contacts, the timeline comments and the files remain. If you only need to re-pair the same number, use Reconnect instead; it keeps everything.
