Yes, on every Smart Process type. Items get the WASync tab with the conversation, messages are written on the item's timeline, the WhatsApp robots are available in the process's automation rules, and Chat Flows can be attached to items. Attribution from ads is written in the item's UTM fields.
One condition for the automatic linking of a conversation to an item: the process must have Client (contact) enabled, because the phone number lives on the contact. Without it the tab is there, but you link conversations by hand.
