My long message was rejected by WhatsApp (over 4,096 characters). What now?
Nothing to do: on Business API numbers a long text is split automatically into several messages at paragraph, line or sentence breaks.
Nothing: WASync splits it for you. WhatsApp's limit for one text message on the Business API is 4,096 characters; a longer text is cut into several messages, choosing the cut in this order: a paragraph break, a line break, the end of a sentence, any space. Code blocks are never split in the middle, and each part is recorded as its own message in the thread. Up to ten parts are sent.
The limit on a file description (caption) is 1,024 characters and is not split: a longer caption is refused, so keep captions short and put the long text in a separate message.
