When I send a template with an image, why does it ask for the image again?
Meta asks for the header file at every send; WASync keeps the sample you uploaded and pre-fills it, so you only confirm or replace it.
Because Meta keeps the header image only for the approval of the template; at every send the file has to be supplied again. WASync stores the sample you uploaded when the template was created and pre-selects it in the send dialog, so in practice you confirm it or pick another file for this customer. Syncing templates from Meta does not remove the stored sample. This applies to Business API numbers only; QR numbers do not use templates.
