Under "Each number creates its own lead", a flow no longer binds a first-time contact to an older lead found by phone, so the customer's next reply does not produce a second lead.

Lead per number: a new contact gets its own lead, not another tool's old one

Fixed. With Each number creates its own lead switched on, a flow run for a contact that did not exist yet could bind to an older open lead that merely held the phone number, typically a lead created by another WhatsApp tool running in parallel. That lead was not this number's record, so when the customer answered the agent, the "new conversations" rule created a second lead and assigned it again. Now, under that option, a first-time contact gets the number's own lead at the start of the flow, and the next reply lands on it. Portals without the option are unchanged. Which record a flow creates or binds to.
