What's new, 22 October 2026: Under "Each number creates its own lead", a flow no longer binds a first-time contact to an older lead found by phone, so the customer's next reply does not produce a second lead.

Reports and export

The Reports page of the WASync app — conversations, replies by a person, median response time, who is waiting now, a daily chart, a per-employee table — and the full export of conversations to CSV or XLSX.

Reports in the sidebar is for Bitrix24 administrators. It reads the conversations of every WhatsApp number on the portal and shows, for the period you pick:

Tiles

TileMeaning
ConversationsDistinct customers who wrote in the period, with the number of inbound messages.
Answered by a personConversations where someone from the team replied, as opposed to conversations handled only by flows or automations.
Median response timeThe median time between a customer's message and the first human reply, over the replies in the period.
Waiting nowCustomers whose last message has no reply yet.

Times are shown in UTC, which the page says next to the figures.

Daily chart

Inbound messages and human replies per day, with the median response time as a second series. Show table lists the same numbers day by day.

Per employee

Conversations, replies and median response time for each employee. A reply counts for an employee when WASync could attribute it: messages sent from WASync Chat, the CRM tab or the Open Channel are attributed; messages typed on the phone or sent before attribution existed show as not attributed.

Export

Export produces a CSV or XLSX of every conversation on the portal, across every number, for the period you choose: timestamp, direction, contact, linked CRM record, message type, template, status, and links to media (valid for 24 hours). Exports are capped at 50,000 rows; narrow the period if you hit the limit. The export respects nothing but the period: it is an administrator's view of everything.
