Team and access
Who may use which WhatsApp number, what each person may do in the WASync app, which conversations they see, and what Bitrix24 administrators get automatically.
Access to numbers
Team (sidebar) lists every Bitrix24 user with the numbers they may use. A person with access to a number can read and answer its conversations in WASync Chat and in the CRM tab, send files and templates, and is rung for its calls. Edit access picks the numbers; one of them is the primary number, used when the person starts a conversation from a CRM record without choosing a number. A person with no access sees no WhatsApp at all in Bitrix24.
The Open Channel's own queue in Bitrix24 is separate: a number bound to an Open Channel delivers to that queue as well, by Bitrix24's rules.
Console access
For each person, Console access decides what they may do in the WASync app itself, area by area: read, or read and change. A sales agent typically needs numbers and nothing else; a team lead gets Chat Flows and Quick replies; connections, team, settings and reports stay with administrators.
Visibility of conversations
Independent of access to a number, each person has a visibility level: all chats of the numbers they may use, their department, or only the records they are responsible for. It is set on their row in Team; the default for everyone else is in Chat rules. The level applies in WASync Chat, in the "Assigned to" filter and in the export.
Administrators
Bitrix24 administrators are administrators in WASync: they see every conversation, change every setting, manage licences and the team. Nothing has to be granted to them. Everybody else is limited to the numbers and areas given above, and the APIs behind the app refuse what the interface hides.
Changing user or portal
WASync acts in Bitrix24 as the user who installed the app. If that person leaves, reinstall from the Marketplace as another administrator, or write to support; records created by WASync land on that user when no rule says otherwise (Chat rules).
