A Chat rules setting for the CRM stage picker, and Bring a number now works before your first WABA connection.
Stage picker in WASync Chat
New option under Chat rules → Stage picker in WASync Chat, for Bitrix24 administrators: choose who may change the CRM stage of a conversation from the WASync Chat header.
- All operators (default, unchanged behaviour).
- Admins only: other operators see the current stage as a read-only label.
- Hidden (read-only for everyone): nobody changes the stage from WASync Chat; the current stage stays visible.
The restriction is enforced on the server, not only in the interface, and Bitrix24 CRM permissions still apply on top of it. Required-fields rules for stage changes are unaffected. No change to the REST API or the MCP tools.

Bring a number without a WABA connection
Improved. The Bring a number wizard no longer needs an existing WABA connection. Open it from the link inside Connect WhatsApp Business API or from the link on the Connections page. Without a WABA connection, the five prerequisite checks become a checklist you confirm yourself; once a number is connected, later moves get the automatic checks.

A "What's new" list inside the app with an unread dot, Chat Flows can start only for customers who never wrote to you, flows no longer create a second lead for a customer with an open lead or deal, records created by a flow follow your "new chats" rule, a flow can choose the CRM source of the record it creates, and the editor gets "Find a step" and highlighted connection lines.
